Pregnancy test

You may take a free pregnancy test at any one of Amathea’s local offices. Pregnancy tests may also be conducted by a doctor, at public health clinics and at birth control offices.
You may buy various tests at pharmacies, and in some supermarkets. These are tests you may take on your own.

When can I take a pregnancy test?

Most pregnancy tests can provide answers at the earliest one day after your expected period. We recommend that you test approximately one week after your expected period to get a conclusive result.

If you get a negative result, but still experience symptoms or worry the test is wrong we recommend taking a new test a week after the first test. If you take the test at Amathea you will always get a counseling session with your counselor at the office.

Talk to a counsellor at 90 65 90 60 or contact us on chat at (weekdays from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm)
